What a wonderful before-bedtime treat! I’ve missed you, and I’m so glad to see you pop up. This is a beautiful little church — and I love the cat. That trio of tombstones is interesting, too. Were there names? Are “Mother” and “Wife” the same person? Where’s “Father”? Inquiring minds want to know!

I’ve missed you too! I’m so far behind on reading your wonderful blog, but I do plan to catch up soon. Thank you for taking the time to stop by Farmer Days. Looking forward to visiting with you in person sometime!!
It was such a COLD and WINDY day when I visited this church, that I snapped the photo of the 3 tombstones and kept running towards the church! I certainly will return so I can find the names of Mother, Wife and Father and answer your inquiring mind. I’m hoping to get down that way next week!
The Cat is ………Wylie!! That was too funny. I won’t tell him you thought he was a c a t.

Oh, my gosh. No, don’t tell Wylie! He’d make a quick run down to Texas to give me a nip, and I’d deserve it!

When you get by my blog, don’t miss “Lunch at the Miracle Cafe,” about my experience in Reading, Kansas!

I’m headed to your blog. I’m always looking for a good place to eat!! Reading was hit by a tornado a few years ago. My sister in law lives in Lyon county and we are planning an adventure soon.
