I Love Kitchen Gadgets
This is a recent purchase from Williams Sonoma and it is one of my favorite kitchen appliances.
The Phillips Pasta Maker comes with 4 discs that make Penne, Spaghetti, Fettuccine, and Lasagna Noodles. The recipe is so easy, 1 scoop of flour to 1/2 water. Even I can do it!
Let it mix
Then it extrudes the pasta, how easy is that? Fresh pasta cooks up faster than dried pasta, about 4 or 5 minutes.
Dinner is ready.

Known for the clearest water in Kansas, Wilson Lake is one of the better fishing lakes for crappie, walleye and wipers. The shore line is scenic and rugged. Unfortunately the lake it is currently at record low.

Kansas is such a beautiful and diversified state. From the prairies and farmland to rolling hills and wooded areas, there is such beauty in our natural surroundings. Wylie and I are taking trips around Kansas, we will be exploring areas off the beaten paths.

Someone heard what the forecast for today was and didn’t want to get up.
William and Bill are warm and dry waiting for breakfast.
Champ is always first in line for a meal.
The chickens won’t go outside until it stops snowing. Hilda is in detention again, little broody girl! I let her out daily for a little while. Put her out in the garden for a dust bath when it was so nice Tuesday.
Wylie did finally get up. He likes doing chores in the Ranger.
The snowflakes are so big and beautiful, but it is awful windy. This is the view I like-inside looking out.
