Mr. Farmer is outstanding in his field. A beautiful crop of brome, they will be cutting it any day.
This is not dust. The brome is blooming. Wylie and I were both sneezing taking this photo.

Farmer Creek
A typical Kansas thunderstorms usually starts late in the afternoon on a hot humid day. Wylie and I had just put the chickens into their coop as it started raining.
It was a wonderful rain, lasting all night and we had just a little over 3 inches of rain.
The usually dry Farmer Creek was out of its banks.
Low water crossing. Do not enter when flooded! It has been wonderful getting rain.
