What a glorious collection of photos! What is that purple field? That’s just glorious — is it the same plant that you added as a closeup at the top? The field is beautiful, too. I think I’ve been away from the farm too long. It doesn’t look like corn to me, but what is it? Winter wheat, maybe?
Isn’t it wonderful to see such color and growth after such a long winter?
The purple field is a patch of henbit. It does make for a beautiful field. Yes, the green field is winter wheat. It seemed like we had such a long winter, wouldn’t it be nice to have Spring until July!!
